Only Superhuman

"great stuff"

submission: Only Superhuman
date: December 1, 2004

this is a great work, very original and hard work was put into the animation. I also love the music, very welly directed with the animation. I had to review this because when I read what maggot775 had written, and checked out his work, it really doesn't compare to TmsT.
maggot775, before you critisize on real frame by frame animation, take a look at your sprites and gradients, and then realize how hard it is to draw each frame and piece it together to create a smooth movement.

Author's Response:

I'm glad that you appreciate the traditional style of animation that doesn't involve automatic tweening and DragonBall Z sprites.

"Koo"

submission: Tribute to CC

Nice Nice Nice. The drawiings were done flawlessly. Very good use of vector art. However some more animation would be coolor. The voice overs added some koo affect. Also made it easier to read text unlike other flashes that make you read godly speeds. Length of it was fine I dind't think it was too short, but the point of it kind of didn't catch right for me. But than again I'm as oblivious about the clock crew as a monkey is to fire. Thanks for using my loop!

A "Ball" Movie

"That was great!"

submission: A "Ball" Movie

Man that was tite, I love the style of the big feet. Those two guys in the beginning were hilarious, especially the guy almost crushed by the pyramid. The whole humor reminds me of Futurama, fast and blunt. I loved it!

Comet Magnum Episode 12

"Tres cool! (from t14revolution himself!) =)"

Hey wow, you used one of my lowest qualities of crap songs in your movie! but than again this is the first song used in a flash animation! Thanks for including it! If you really liked "Distant End" I'll have ya know that I recomposed/remixed/rearranged, however you want to put it, using a new program. I've been using impulse tracker so long, but finially been able to part with it. The new one is called "Distinct End" I'll upload that sometime in the very near future! As for your animation, very good imagination. Good luck!

Alinoë

"Hey wow that was koo! (from the digital composer!)"

submission: Alinoë
date: May 11, 2003

It's not often you get to see your own audio in someone elses masterpiece, thanks for including my work! I wish I knew more about this series, but I really like the faces of this animation. Great directing in the long run, pretty koo how there was a sense of revenge and some bond between the two. (both killed by that one guy). At the end it kind of threw me off, since I was expecting them two to rejoice in heaven, but it's still pretty koo!

Author's Response:

Noo, It's YOU that I should thank! Your music made this movie so wonderful. I really liked "Electricity stops tonigt" and I just had to include that one and the "Sad Piano..." into my masterpiece. The bond that "Alinoë" (the black haired dude) has with the blondhaired, Jolan, is that Alinoë is Jolan's father.

Yes, I did think of the two rejoice them in heaven, but in Alinoë I, he is just playing his guitar alone... so..

No wait I'm gonna fix it- They are gonna meet in heaven that's perfect- I'm gonna change the end.. YES!

Blame Osama

"Yea that's my song in there! but. . .huh!? what?"

Well it's not always I get good reviews for my music ,and I dont care much, just exposure for me, but. . . . I dont know, my intention of this song had nothing to deal with the 911 incident, let alone be delt with anything of "reality". Well obviously I give the sound 10 cause that's my audio! I think flash should be best to expose one's best imaginations. This may be good, if it was carefully researched, and not just totally one view. Yes I dont like the incident of 911 any more than the rest of US, but also I dont hate the iraqs. I mean I merely dont know enough to make these assumtions. Which is why I like to compose music instead, in my own little fantasy world, which this song had NO relation to this event. But thanks for your thought in using it and I'm glad that you liked it. I only wish I could say I felt mutual about your animation, (althouugh I didn't hate it I didn't like it either) Keep at it though! Work on something to really impress the people!

Author's Response:

Holy shit, Shut up. No one is blamming you for the song.
